John, on the topic of socket 775, what do you think (or know) is the best board for clocking 45nm Yorkfield quads on? I know Gigabyte's are good quad clockers, but do you know of any specific board that really makes quads scream?
I have a DFI UT P35 that is my "official" benching board. Now i also have my 750i FTW though, seeing as my i7 replaced the guts of my main system. With the 750i FTW and my q9300, i was able to hit 3460mhz, which is around 460fsb without much tweaking...I'll probably try to max the 750i FTW while the q9300 is still in it, then see what the DFI can do.
Oh, and also get around to figuring out how to clock i7's.
