I feel so accomplished.  I just got a 45.2K.  Is that sad?

voltage...you know what to do, but it appears your card does not?  Might take a while to dial it in.

your gonna have to take the cpu out and check for water. water around the cpu socket..
once reseated, it should come back on.

this is after you try all your ideas first.

i just changed a bios setting, (southbridge i think)... and rebooted to take effect, and it didn't boot up again.  you think condensation?? its below 20% humidity and the ambient temp of my room is 55°F?  my conditions do not even exist on the dew point charts...  condensation should be non-existent.

there is no frost on any connections.

Sorry Nate.   You shouldn't have a problem with condensation with this cold weather.  Does it turn on?

even in cold weather you can get condensation...why?...because if your not heating the system up it just sits there getting colder and not really doing any heat dissipation...speculation of course

condensation forms when object is colder then the air around it, and the relative humidity is high.  For example:

in a 75°F room, if your waterblock is 70°F with relative humidity is 80% you will start to get condensation.

in a 55°F room, with relative humidity of 20%, my block temp can be... well that is not on the chart because 40% humidity allows the block to be 32°F (freezing point)
