Nice. I like OCZ. My Gold 1600 can hit 2100Mhz @ 10-11-10-1T @ 1.7V. Pretty nice overclock there, and they're bench stable at 2000Mhz.. I need to make a new overclocking profile for that sometime.

Why OC ram?  I mean more than what it's rated at...like 1866 for the reapers.  Doesn't really give any advantage in benches...

the more flexible the ram, the more options you have. higher rated ram has more potential to run at specs when doing super high cpu over clocks...because then...your far closer to spec than you would be with benching 1066 or 1333 ram. (speculation of course)

  I get that...the higher your cpu clock, the higher you ram has to perform.  I guess from the aspect of getting to a high cpu oc, and not worrying about ram as the weak link, I'm with ya.  I just thought you guys were starting to bench ram for bragging rights!  Kinda falling for Shock's taunts I thought maybe.

That run is only about 4 days old. System is still the same except it's running Win7 and not XP64. Won't be much difference tho.
