all right get it colder crew I decided to sack up and go the bong cooler route after seeing nates results the water chiller is just too much money just a few questions for nate. What sort of pump do you have do you think a mcp655 will do the trick if not what do you suggest. Since your temps dont go below ambient there is no need for moister control right, and I can keep my rad in the line that will not hurt will it dosent really matter either way I suppose.

that 655 pump does it ALL.  you may or may not get better results if you are using a legit waterblock, and you actually use water in yours.  I am not using water for mine.  The chiller costs a chunk of change when you add up all the incidentals like insulation, and hose, fittings etc.  At least you don't have to sub zero prep with the bong cooler.  I would love to know if 16° idle/38° load is a good temp for a stock i7.

ya I get 32 idle and around 50 load with all stock settings so id say those are pretty dam good have you tried to see how the bong handles voltage

NICE!  so bong cooler works!  but also realize that I have a few pounds of pure copper involved in my CPU block.  Yes, POUNDS of copper involved in it

But I forgot to ask, what is your cooler that you are using now that gets your 32°C at idle?

Never mind, I just looked at your mods rigs page,  a Zaleman air cooled.

Thats an old build I think its 4 pcs back I have a water loop now but I just busted my 360 rad changing a fan so now I only have one 240 with cpu and 280 in the loop but it does allright. My office heats up like an oven too. Oh yea as far as the noise from the water in your bong alot of people use ping pong or wiffle balls to try and help.

MONSTER pump!  will defiantly work!  you should find the accessories (fittings) on the sight?
