I agree, I wanna see how good I can do tonight on just plain water for everything.  maybe fire up the chiller tonight.

Basiclly its a WCing loop, but rather than a rad, you run the water through a shower head into a pipe, which has a fan intake on it. This seperates the water, so its really easy too cool. But since it isnt a closed loop, water will evaporate, which means you have to fill it quite often (usually around daily). They even say under the right conditions you can get sub ambient temps with one, dont ask me how though.

Another problem is that the humitidy in the room the bong is in will be very high.

yup, but mine is like... 6 feet tall.  I plan on firing it up tonight.  Still only plain water cooling, but since I am pumping alcohol, it will evap quickly and cool very quickly.  That is on my to do list tonight.  then possibly with the chiller

Prestone, its 90%.  evaporates very quickly.
