The results of lapping:  100% contact with the CPU and heatsink.

What heatsink you might ask?  well... keep your eyes peeled.  Its still being field tested, but it already has done wonders in the pre-testing phase.  If anyone is interested in standoffs for any waterblock, just get me a dimension, and I can hook you up.

Interesting Nate... I can't wait to see some more. And what do you mean by standoffs for a waterblock?

see those plastic thingys on the screws?  Those are standoffs.  the make sure your waterblock will never overtighten so you get a nice even cpu pressure from your waterblock.   You never have to worry about warping your board.

Lol I have to be up in 5 hours too. Heres what I am thinking I need something that looks decent as it will be inside in a newly finished office(thats a video game room for grown ups) I have a decent amount of space. Last and very certainly not least it needs to be in the price range of 500 bucks, that looks like what I can buy one for. I have plenty of work space just need some help drawing it up, I really dont want to wing it. Oh yea most importantly I have a pretty good handle on basic water cooling but thats it. Electrical ehhh going to need a big hand there.

Everything, cpu, 2 video cards(not sure which ones yet) and the chipset I think that covers them all yea?? I have everything set up in a 8x10 room so if the 300 cards run as hot as there supposed too I will die this summmer.
