It's so easy. I didn't even break 80C all day.. Now I'll try on Vantage some more.

Hey guys,
I'm building a new pc for my family's home theatre room, and I decided to combine it with my gaming/benching rig. I want to get as much as I can out of the cpu and i don't want to use my old vapochill because the unit will be running alot and i don't want to risk burning it out (its really..... gettin older...!). A chiller is almost out of the question because of the size and aesthics aren't really family room friendly. I've been looking into tecs. my two options right now are really putting one or two tecs directly on the cpu (like hallowens old system) or chilling water with tecs (something like the coolit boreas). I'm looking to maintain 0c at full load with a good overclock and will be protecting against condesation. power consumption really isn't an issue. Which system do you think would work better? any other reccomendations for 0c or sub-zero cooling without large external coolers? all your help is greatly appreciated!

Hmm... I definitely say talk to OC333 for TEC questions.. He's like our TEC goto guy.

side note..mill the cpu block a tad bit more..so it can fit the 758 boards as well...it's like 3 mm off

huh??

yeah, i picked up a e758 board as a backup. and decided to see if the block would fit...it was barely off where the caps sit next to the cpu.
check out the product page and you'll see what i mean...im about to break out a mini grinder and shave it a bit...

I figured you had grinding capabilities.  I milled out  the edges of the 759 board where the caps are.  at least you have the ability to "adjust" it.  My 295 project is taking forever.
