Guess Enio must have a better set of cards.

Thanks, I can get the same memory speed as Enio, But his cards are running between 2139 - 2152MHz!
If I try to go higher than 2126MHz, I get screen freezes/crashes, so either he has better cards or his Vcore is higher than my 1.050 - 1.063 max I have with mine.

Nothing else to do but keep on experimenting.......

its the vcore.

some how you need to get yours to run higher than 1.05. i think the max is 1.093 right now for these cards, but getting it to stay there is a whole nother matter.

I heard that!

I saw TiN's comment to you in the Kingpincooling Chatbox saying the 1080 cards run "about 1.05 - 1.09 depends on card", So unless a modded Vbios appears, I may not get mine to go higher.

What do you think about using MSI's Afterburner 4.3.0 beta OC software for Nvidia GTX 1080's?

Has anyone ever tried using it instead of Precision X-OC?

I don't remember where I had seen it but I read that the Voltage is hardware locked and a VBIOS mod cannot override it. I'm sure that someone will find a way around this if it is true.

That is correct, Over on OC.net they have found how to copy the stock Vbios, But No word on whether someone can get in to modify it (Yet).

Where there's a will, there's a way.

A new nvflash was released not too long ago. IDK if this is an update needed for Pascal or just a coincidence: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/nvflash.html
