After going through some more testing of my 980Ti KP for a few days on Air, Chilled Water and a brief SS Phase Change session, I have come to the conclusion that instead of going through all the trouble of getting everything insulated, greased, etc...for use with DICE Cooling Like I was planning on, I have changed my mind (Yet again) and would rather go back to my previous Chilled Water Titan X Hydro Copper 4-Way SLI setup that has been working very well for me.

On the Bright side of this, At least I somehow have managed to Sell the KP for more than I bought it for and not lose any $$$$.

The reason I had for making this decision is that it just seemed to me like every 980Ti series graphics card I have bought/tested/benched in the past whether it was with Single or 4-Way SLI reference PCB's, Classified non-reference PCB's, or the Kingpin non-reference PCB, Just didn't quite do what I wanted it to without having to go to some form of sub-zero cooling, Not to mention having to use the Newer Drivers that also gave me Numerous problems running with Windows 10.

Be that as it may, I'm back to sticking with Chilled Water Cooling on the Titan x's and Phase Change on my original 5960X, But I need to find a better "binned" CPU for my next System Overclocking improvement, Provided I can afford the asking Price! LOL

What happened to your last golder 5960x, or did I miss a post about that one?

No, You haven't missed any posts because that particular One has not become available for sale as of yet, So I've been still using my original 5960X and still looking for a few other possible choices.

I Only THOUGHT finding a good Graphics Card/ASIC% was hard, But trying to find specific Batch numbers that may/may not result in an exceptional Overclocking CPU is even more difficult!

If it weren't for Bad Luck, I'd have No Luck at All..........

Looks like it's Bad News for that "Special" 5960X Chip I was hoping to purchase due to the fact the IMC got Fried while running some LN2 Benchmarks!

Such is Life, Time to revert to my alternate "Plan B" that involves Playing the Silicon Lottery again with another New 5960X Chip and wait to see if it will be a better OC'er.

Thanks Man,

I'm thinking I'll probably have better odds finding a better OC'ing CPU than finding that One 90% ASIC Kingpin Jacob stated they had in stock today! LOL

First attempt after installing the New 5960X running a Fire Strike Extreme Bench at my original Futuremark High Score settings on the Graphics Cards and the CPU so far shows some promise as I have managed to ever so slightly increase my highest Score.
