Alright!, Great seeing you getting back into it again.
Hopefully you'll have more leisure time available to continue like before.
Unfortunately I doubt that will be the case, I have 2 more years of college left and am adding a minor as well this fall. The nice thing is I will in theory be taking classes that are more oriented towards my major and minor now because I finished my Associate's degree this year so my general classes are wrapped up finally.
To make things even more interesting I am in the midst of exploring the possibility of launching a company right after college so I am in the midst of all the market research and competition analysis now working on my business plan, and working part time on top of that.

Good to see you back, also, your IMC must have been golden if you are getting anywhere near 4.8 AND 2400 at the same time on a 960, or are you going subzero with SS or something?
It is a bad ass chip. I bought it binned from a bencher, it was binned out of a pretty large batch if I remember... The IMC is seriously impressive,
It's the top WC chip on hwbot still too lol.
http://hwbot.org/submission/2237488_halo_003_cpu_frequency_core_i7_960_5136.45_mhzIt also set a wprime time that I STILL have not beaten, on a stripped down OS but that should just tell you how key the OS can be for CPU OC's.
http://hwbot.org/submissi...core_i7_960_4sec_937ms I have it now at 105MHz x43 stable so far
I would also like to put this chip on DICE at some point and see what it can do. I can easily boot with bclk set to 106MHz so I think 107MHz should be doable. It's important because if it can do 107MHz it can do 132MHz as well, which would put it right around the top 3 on hwbot for frequency. I won't get to go subzero on it this summer, but at some point I would like to. I still have my CPU and GPU pots so I just need the time to take the rig apart and do it.
