Well Hats off of course to John normal guy bencher supreme. Then of course Q56, Hallowen, Nateman (when he benched and didn't work on making it better for others to bench), and everyone one else I forgot.
We all love this! I'm not sure why. Try explaining computer benching to someone that simply doesn't get it. And well they will be dumb founded at best.
 Back when the "get it colder thread"  was originally started by Hallowen, I read it a lot, and of course "get it colder II". Always thought these guys are cool (pun intended). I can't post here. I need to do something that says "hey I'm one of you"
  Anyway I love benching. only thing is it  is a damn expensive hobby. 
  So I guess I just wanted to say I really appreciate all I have learned, and been inspired by all you nuts. And though I have never met any of you and probably never will.Thank you very much.

Not much.  Built my first desktop (it's not "extreme", but it's my first).  Thinking to liquid-cool the whole thing and get a 2nd 780 Ti Classy in SLi.

Thanks, It is Always great to hear that the Information obtained over the Years in these posts are somewhat Helpful to Others who are as Crazy about Overclocking and Benching as We are , Although as you have said, It Ain't Very Cheap to Keep Up with this Hobby and it seems to get more expensive every Year, But for whatever reason I can't seem to Quit doing it!

It doesn't have to be extreme as long as it's something you enjoy. And those parts are a very nice setup.
PS: i did have second place on an overclocked note 3 also.

Well, not so much more effort as in more through. Easy points are easy points. Thats at least 15 qualifying test if you do 2 3 and then four cards.

I Understand what you mean by following through and I have been pretty Lazy about that lately.
 
Anyhow, While I'm waiting for a Replacement X58 Motherboard from EVGA (they actually found an RMA replacement E760 3-Way SLI Classified for my Old E759!), I think I'll throw the three EVGA GTX 680 Classifieds in the X99 Classified MB and fool around with those while waiting for the GTX 980 Classifieds to be released.

But bench some of the early benches. You will find out that they still gain you points and fun.

Alright John, I ran a 3DMark 11 Performance quick bench with the Three GTX 680's/X99 Classified/5960X and submitted it to HWBOT for a few more global points (Has it really been 206 days since I have submitted anything? LOL!)
 

...And a few more HWBOT global points added for a 3DMark Vantage Performance submission.

 Benching the 680's will be good for building up hardware points. which is a slow and long grind over time.
