Don't end up like OC333. His wife has exiled him to the garage. She figured since he spends so much time there then he might as well stay in there. He's forced to get food when she and the kids have gone to bed. It's sad, really sad.

heh. my wife has been pretty good. Actually she has been very good about it. Though I can't imagine she understands the addiction to benching, I guess she merely "tolerates" it

make sure you get the XS mod version it shows your times out to the thousandths place.

also who says the garage is a bad place? i bet its nice and chilly in there to make for some great bench runs
