Anyway, Getting Back to the Benching Results so far, It appears I can OC the CPU with a lower Vcore with the Memory running at Default speed better than I can on the XMP settings which doesn't seem right somehow.

My guess is perhaps XMP needs some fixing in the MB bios. Which would mean setting all XMP settings manually, like that hasn't happened before.
Or maybe the XMP settings are bad (I doubt it) or maybe there is a voltage that is too high/low for your CPU that XMP sets.

From my experience, this i would somewhat expect.  XMP is designed for basic users who set it and forget it.  I can get better numbers when I do things manually, frequently a bit less voltage, when clocking regardless of board chipset or manufacturer I go manual not XMP.  Maybe it is my personally methodology that lends well to this, but, I can usually do higher clocks with less voltage.

I agree that I probably will have to mess around manually with the Memory settings with this X99 and Corsair 2800MHz to get higher OC's, But You may have noticed when I had the X79 Setup I had absolutely No Problems running the G-Skill Trident X at 2666MHz XMP#1 settings while Overclocking the 4930K to 5.2GHz.

Switched over from Windows 7 Ultimate 64 to Windows 8.1 64 and found that My Scores went Up even when using Lower Graphics Overclock settings.

Not Bad Considering it's on just Water Cooling and I'm Only 400 points Below My X79 Top Score when I was using Phase Change Cooling!

Yes, but we have been saying that windows 8 or 8.1 is better for certain test while windows 7 is better for others. How you keep missing this. LOL

Did Microsoft ever patch the clock issue for 8/8.1? I know there were some issues with it a few month back, that the bios clock was running slower than real time, boosting scores in Catzilla and Heaven.

You know what I mean, I am just trying various different OS's like I always have, But the Point being that I'm almost reaching My Old Top Fire Strike Extreme Score on Just Water Cooling and not using Phase Change Yet.

Well... you are running 8 cores 16 threads vs 6 cores and 12 threads my friend. :) So the added cores are what's helping most. You still have a ways to catch your gpu score. But as over all scores go, I see what you mean.

Yep, The Octo is running at 4.7GHz vs. the Hexa that was running at 5.2GHz, So All in All it's Still looking good to me even though I'm Also just running the DDR4 Memory at the Default 1066MHz compared to the DDR3 at the XMP#1 1333MHz speed.
