Hi team,

I've received my Advanced RMA yesterday, I think it's time for me to return my defective 1080 back to EVGA, but I'm not sure how?
Question1: Where should I send the card to?
Question2: Is accessories required (included in the package)?
Question3: Should I put my RMA numbers down?
Question4: Who is going to pay for the shipment? (Since this is not my fault, my RMA shows RMA Type: EAR)
Question5: Do I need to contact someone before sending it back?
Question6: I'm going to holiday soon in 2 weeks, will be back after 3 weeks, I must sort out this quick, any steps I need to take care of?

Thanks for reading, hope someone can answer my questions fast :)
Cheers

I would check your email for instructions on returning the defective product. Check your email for prepaid shipping label to print off or the package the replacement came in for one. If the replacement card didn't come with any accessories, don't include any when sending defective card back to evga.
