I had requested the thermal pads for my GTX 1080 FTW on Oct. 30 and still have yet to receive them. I am now thinking of doing RMA on the card but I have a few questions.
 
If I RMA the card...
1. Will the card be brand new or refurbished?
2. Will I have to pay shipping?
3. Can EVGA send me the replacement first and then I send back my card?
4. Does all cards from EVGA now have the thermal pads preinstalled? For instance, If I go buy one from NewEgg, will it have the thermal pads already installed?
5. How long is the RMA process? Weeks? Months?...

I'm waiting since Oct. 24 so...
