I have a question.
I have all the thermal pads from my EVGA FTW 1070 replaced and i have applied new thermal paste on the GPU
Now mij temps of the GPU are about 70 degrees with 40 minutes Furmark and 30 minutes heaven benchmark.
Is this a good temp.

The temps that go up pre-thermalmod are not registered in a software like Precision.  The areas of the card that are address with the thermal pads are not temperature monitored in any software.  The only way to know if the temps are better is with something like a Fluke thermal camera.

But your GPU temperature is good, so on that side, you should be fine.

If VRM is "overheating" and VRAM has no contact with thermal pads entire PCB can warm up and make GPU few degrees hotter. Thermal pad mod can lower GPU temperature, i suppose.
70'C in full load is good temp.

I'm a little weird when it comes to pc temps. My cpu is 36-50C under load, gpu is 40-47C under load with fps capped at 120, fast-sync and custom fan curve. I also have 3 intake case fans and 1 exhaust case fan pointing directly at my 1070 SC. The other 7 case fans keep the rest of the components cool. 70 degrees C is fine, I'd personally set an aggressive fan curve to keep temps around 60C though. I don't know enough about GPU Boost 3.0 to know when thermal throttling starts, but that's just me and my OCD, lol.

Front left is exhaust, the other 3 are the intakes.

thanks for your answers. I am now a bit more reassured about the temp of my GPU

The temp of GPU Before and after application termal pads ?  Hotter? cooler?

It is abouth the same.

Even with Ghetto Technology cooling, I only shaved 3-4 degrees C. Thermal pads and bios are just for "peace of mind".

As pcmaster00 already stated you will not be able to see a difference in the software monitoring because the VRM/RAM temps are not reported to software monitoring you will need a thermal camera to see a difference, the temperature of your core is 100% normal.
