Guys, just to tell you that I updated to the latest driver only to get the worst screen tearing problem in the world. I read documentation and searched blogs , applied everything I learned trying to fix it and nothing. Vsync won't do it.

Lucky for me I have my EVGA driver CD with a really old driver ver.  359.21. This one is working magic. Problem resolved.

Welcome to the Forum bass_online
You can download drivers from NVIDIA http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Or NVIDIA GeForce Drivers http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Or EVGA Website http://www.evga.com/support/download/
I would recommend 373.06 or 368.81

I extend my welcome as well bass_online,

You might also want to attempt to remove and reinstall the drivers as a custom install WITHOUT GeForce Experience.  I have not had good luck with it on my GTX 750 Ti.

To do this, remove all NVidia software from Programs and Features, then reinstall with one of the driver sets that bcavnaugh recommended (I have found good success with those as well).  Then when you do the reinstall, make sure you select Custom Install not Express Install and scroll down to uncheck GeForce Experience.  Also it would be good to check the box for Preform Clean Install to help clean up some of the leftover files.
