I never received the other email with instructions for a payment for the shipping, nor did I receive confirmation on thermal pads.
I have no idea what is going on or if there is anything I should do to get this ball rolling.

It took almost a week for me to receive the payment email. Make sure you look in the junk folder.

Look the the thermal mod pod to see if the thermal mod shipped. Www.evga.com/thermalmod

Almost one month since I ordered my pads. That's efficient! The way all these is being handled by evga is an absolute shame.

The pads are being made. They didnt have a stock of them in a back room waiting for a situation like this.

First news I hear. I think we deserve some official feedback at least. Such a big company is not able to offer a simple estimated delivery schedule?

Thank you I see now that the pads are still on Awaiting Shipment status. No email about the PowerLink though. So I guess I'll have to wait.
