Hi are the free thermal pads and the power link being shipped yet? 
I requested my order for the free power link and thermal pads ages ago, but have not received any information or confirmation as to when they will be available.

If you are not from the states you are at the bottom of the list regardless when you made the order. Official EVGA stance on the matter is "it will be done when it's done, remember that thermal mod is optional, so it is no big deal".

The power links should come with a tracking number since you paid for tracking. check on here: www.evga.com/articles/01058/evga-powerlink-promotion/
as for the thermal pads, there are just a bunch of people waiting over 2 weeks now. you might have a tracking number if you are lucky. check here:  www.evga.com/thermalmod/

I received mine last tuesday and I requested the pads on oct 24th I believe and I live less than 30 miles away. They are definitely trying i believe their best to package and ship them out as quickly as possible. Hang in there.

Interestingly, the thermal pad kit is different than preview version. E.g. Jayztwocents had one with no VRAM pads, and mine came with them. I installed all the pads, but used Prolimatech PK-3 TIM instead of the one that came in a plastic bag as part of the kit.

There was about 10 posts explaining that the vram pads were included at the request of end users. Sadly, EVGA updates tend to get overlooked.

Still no pads.
Think I will just return for one that is already done...

"Thermal pads are optional" or "You may lose warranty if you install your own thermal pads" better keep your card toasted!

The resistor could have still failed with the pad.
