Well I got out the volt meter and tested the PSU at idle...
12v was at 12.1V
5V was at 5.01
3.3V was at 3.1
All very steady... I tested them under the 4pin on the 24pin connector.
And Is it OK to have that unplugged for testing while under load? Are those 4 pins
Just return lines?

Yes, you can leave it unplugged.

Well when my BIOS chip gets in I will try it out... gonna order some memory while I'm waiting so it's here just in case the psu is good under load. Prob grab a set of these... seen a cpl ppl in the forum using them. https://m.newegg.com/Prod...Number=N82E16820232205
