Starting today 11/19/2016 while playing smite and even minecraft, both my monitors stopped displaying anything saying that "no input could be found", directly after my graphics card's fans (1070 ftw) automatically boosted from about 15% to 100% rpm. This is one of the first "ftw" cards by the way, so I'm still waiting on the mod I ordered from evga. I have no idea what could be causing this problem nor do I know how to go about fixing it, if it is even fixable. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks

Yes I have, but now that I think about it, the problem only began after updating the driver. Not sure if the driver may be the issue then.

Drivers are well know to cause all kinds of issues. You should return to the Driver that Worked for you.
If you do not Play BF1 I would give 373.06 or even 368.81 a test run.

Remember to use DDU and do a Clean Removal of the Older Drivers.

you want to set your Bios switch to slave(push the switch to the right) reboot, set your fan curve to aggressive and wait for your thermal pads to arrive as you have one of the first 1070 chances are your VRAM chips don't have thermal pads at all or it has the wrong thickness of pads and your VRMs certainly won't have them, you are having full on symptoms of the issue that your new thermal pads sort out(when you get them)

if you've not done the Bios updates then do them now, http://forums.evga.com/Update-11916-with-NEW-BIOS-EVGA-GeForce-GTX-108010701060-PWM-Temperature-Upadate-m2573491.aspx
