it is fine to stack thermal pad to make 2mm thickness?
Does it mater if the thermal pads are 1.5mm + 0.5mm or 1mm + 1mm?
No, it's not a good idea to stack thermal pads. Therefore, the second question is moot.
I'm going to work something up for you guys for a bit later today to see if I can help stem some of the confusion and incorrect suggestions on the forums.
