Check out the EVGA Power Meter page. Plug in your specs, and it will suggest a proper PSU for your build.

You can use the EVGA Power Meter, or the OuterVision Power Supply Calculator for a more detailed estimate of your overall system requirement..You might also want to read the EVGA Power Supply Buyer's Guide and the Power Supply FAQs at JonnyGURU before you decide..Make sure the unit has enough connectors for all your hardware..Units with an ECO/Semi-Fanless Mode are nice because they operate in a quiet fanless mode during low load/temperature.

Ps, Say your average load usage is 300w, then double this for your psu wattage of choice.
