SkyXCR
Hello,

At first I would like to say glad to be here. I just registered.

First and foremost, I apologise highly on advance for posting this, but I am completely lost for a moment. Also sorry if this HAS already been mentioned in some way.

Anyways, lets get started to what I wanted to say:

I have a problem with checking the status of my EVGA card (GTX 1070 FTW Edition) on the thermalmod section of the website. I tried to enter my serial number from both the card and package(Of course only one of them), Double checked it serveral times, yet it keeps coming with this message: The Serial Number entered was not found. Please check to ensure that this is a EVGA GTX 1060/1070/1080 series product and try again.

What am I doing wrong?

Reason why I'm doing this is because I would like those Thermal pads, if such is still available. Because I am so worried about my card, as it is one of those that is in risk. But importantly, as set to maximum performance from NVIDIA Control Panel, it only reaches 53c Idle, that's what I am used to as normal. Games like The Division and GTA V or other games maxed out, never reaches 70c, maybe 67c, at highest what I've seen. But since I heard about this issue about temp problems on these cards, I would like to know :(

Also on EVGA Precision XOC, I would like to find out how to make that pop up detection again so that I can register with my serial number :)

Additionally, I am from Denmark, lives in Denmark, EU.

Thanks on advance for any replies coming!

Hey, thanks for reply. I can do that, but I'll have to use my Gmail account for that, if it is okay?
