I was Wondering How to make a Specific event Log ? For event ID 100 with out going to the event Viewer every time

Make an event id 100 without going to the event log? I'm not sure what, exactly, you're trying to accomplish but you can use '
eventcreate' to make custom events which will go to any log you want other than the security log.
