I am very happy with my new Evga  1060 GTX superclocked  
So far i have Played GTA 5 and have found some very impressing 3D settings for GTA5 
 
Just got me a new game Forza Horizon 3  and would like to know any tips on tweaking the 3D settings ?
 
also would like to know is there any 3D settings that I can use with different games  or is it for each game i have to change the settings ?   it would be nice if I can find One very good Settings to use with all my other Steam games
 
  Just to mention I have a 32gb 2400 and a new motherboard so i am very good to go with any High end settings

You'll need to play around with settings per game as each piece of software is either optimized differently or has different levels of features. Hair works or AA for example.

If you don't want to bother with the hassle of doing so, GFE can optimize each title. Personally I prefer to avoid using any non-critical software. If you did an express install of drivers, it's already there.

I just did 2 different test settings   1  was from youtube a guy was talking about  the best setting ever  and the Second test was I let GFE Optimize the game for me
 
and i tell you  with GFE optimizing the game i was getting 70 to 90 FPS   with the other settings  from youtube  i got 40   //   50 max 
 
i will stick with  GFE  Optimizing  the game
