Hey all

So just like the title says i am looking for any recommendations on what to upgrade my graphics card to. It pretty much just for one game I am interested in and that's ME: Andromeda. Ive played 1-3 on my pc but with the release of ME:A, i don't believe my old card would do it any justice. Ive been looking at a GTX 1060 on amazon that's about 230$. Looks good specs and price wise.

Below is my rig setup (dont hate me for the pc brand ;P)

Alienware Aurora R3
Intel Core i7 2600k 3.4Ghz
12GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560Ti
875W PSU

P.S. i do plan on buying a 4k monitor soon. so a 4k capable card would be ideal no?

Thanks again!

Save up and get either a 980Ti or best yet a 1080 especially if gaming at 4K is important to you.  Mind you, this is coming from a guy with a GPU that......well just look at my sig.  My 1080 is coming for Christmas as is my 4K monitor.....about time.

My 980ti runs Cities Skylines maxed out in 4k 60fps, 75% load. It is running at 1380mhz and watercooled, but an aircooled card should do that fine too. As for ME: Andromeda, If you're looking for 60fps on absolute max settings, you would most likely need a 1080, 1070 or overclocked 980ti at the least. A 980 ought to get you at least 30 fps at 4k with high settings, but perhaps without AA. This is of course speculation, not knowing exactly how demanding the game will be.
