I have 2 questions if anyone wants to chime in...........
 
Anyone familiar with the icons in the upper right corner? If I remember correctly it has to do with lag and frame rate. I've read multiple threads on it and people are making setting changes and seeing no improvement with the orange icons disappearing. I read that people are getting 60-80fps but getting the icon that they are getting low fps and no one seams to notice any lag even though these dang icons keep showing up.  I myself get a steady 60+ fps and see no lag but constant icons flashing.
Has anyone found a fix or solution to this problem? If so can you share I would like to minimize seeing them flash constantly. every time I get killed in a interesting situation I always wonder if it has to do with net code, lag I don't see, etc.
 
Another thing I am trying to figure out is I haven't gamed in quite sometime 2-3 years. so I upgraded my drive to a ssd and got a 960gpu. but when I went to install updated gpu drivers I forgot to save my settings and now i'm not sure what would be the best settings in the NVidia settings.
could someone give me a screen shot of your set up or tell me? lol..... please... :)

Don't bother messing with your internet settings to help  ,. it's DICE code problem.  
I have been getting them ever since they added them into  BF4 when they patched in 'netcode' improvements...
 
 My cable internet is blazing fast at 50 Mbps , there is no reason for that crud.  Sometimes I even get all 4 flashing back & forth in the corner.  it's ridiculous...
 
you can actually turn the icons off from showing up I believe, it's hidden in the settings menu.  I'm not at home so i can't walk you thru it .

^^^^  Spot on right there.....  their code is messed up, does it to me too.
