Your start menu is back in 10

I don't find the Win10 start menu to look anything like Win7 one, although I've gotten used to it.  What I really don't like is the lack of a good way to increase the text size of it like I could in Win7.  Anything above 1080 res and I can barely see it at 2' away.  I don't care to blow up my entire screen just to be able to read the start menu.

Win10 really lacks in customization like Win7 had.

The one of the few things I did like about Windows 10 was how many functions were available just by right-clicking on the Start Orb. I really think that Windows 7 was the best OS to date that MS has produced. It was customizable, no bloatware and no snooping.

7 has plenty of bloatware, just look at a clean install sometime.

Just did a clean install of 7 a month or so ago. I didn't see any bloatware. No Iheart radio, minecraft or candy crush ads in my start menu either. Just an OS performing how it should. About the only thing I find is the sample videos, music and pictures which I trash anyway.

Same here. Just a few games that I disable using Windows Features. I disable the Media Center too because it has always been nothing but trouble for me.

There was a thread here a while back, win7 and win8 are snooping on us too.
Lets face it, they can track up where ever we go.

Myself I liked 7 better. The way it is laid out, the looks of it.
Having 7 and 10 on computers I use every day. 10 is ok, I have not had any problems to speak of, except the forced update reboots.
I found a way to put an end to that nonsense.
