3 weeks old cards that overheat , charging me money for shipping for those stupid power links and now a broken website that doesn't let me download their precision xoc . I log in and accept their blah blah terms and hit download from standalone version and it takes me right back to the main evga.com page without downloading anything.

Precision xoc link works fine for me. Try a different browser.

I downloaded precision xoc from steam, no problems

I don't think anyone in their right mind would have thought the Powerlink giveaway would have free shipping.  As soon as it popped up I knew shipping would not be free.  It just makes no sense.

I can't download the update as well. the standalone version under this link http://www.evga.com/EVGA/GeneralDownloading.aspx?file=EVGA_PrecisionX_OC_Setup_v6.0.9.exe&survey=16.0.9 takes you to main evga site.  I deleted the &survey bit at the end to see if it changes anything and it doesn't. 
 
It used to work alright with chrome since the beginning so something is off.
