My friends and I have been using Teamspeak to game with each other since we all have it downloaded. We usually join the EVGA server and play under "Other Games". A user with the name "Nate Coleson" has been repeatedly joining and leaving, recording, and playing random sounds that interrupt our experience and has become very annoying. A number of different users have been doing it lately but I dont have the others names.

We'll monitor the server and will take steps to help prevent this from continuing.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity for evga to trust select community members who use EGC TS3 with some admin rights, let them help monitor the TS3 server.
 
The community members below would make a good choice in my opinion.

Admin rights would be cool but I don't get on enough to actually monitor the EVGA TS. Usually from what I see people stick to their own channels but at least once each time I play someone will do this. The way TS is set up when a player starts recording or enters/leaves the channel, TS says "XNAME STARTED RECORDING" and they just spam it. I can mute them if they are spamming random noises but that doesn't fix the recording and entering/leaving the channel problem.
 
Is everyone using Discord now? Is it better than TS? We may just switch to that if it is better.

Yep, I think I reported this particular guy through the TS system, wasn't sure if that went to TS or to the EVGA mods.

The voice quality the same on discord and TS3 in my opinion. Some people like discord better due it having a better phone app. The chat system in Discord is better, if someone sends you a youtube link, you can see the video before playing it.   
 
Some of use our own TS3 server, we got sick of trolls joining EGC TS3 and no admin around to do anything about it.

As for Discord, many do prefer it and it's usage is increasing.
