Mine first EVGA product and also first RMA. So dont really know how EVGAs EAR RMA proccess works.

What I wonder is how to pay the collateral amount? Do I need to wait for RMA number get approved first and I get mail about to pay it via paypal? Also I sended out new card to me and would it comes with retail box?

Right now your RMA is awaiting approval; once approved, you'll receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to input your collateral. 

Be prepared for a long long Pending Approval state .... My RMA is in Pending Approval state for almost a week now and I only get "promises" that EVGA will soon move forward with it.

RMA got approved and shipped out, should recieve it next week.Also I see its UPS who delivering it. Does UPS deliver direct to mine home or closest pick up point/center? Last times UPS deliver to mine home and  I wasnt at home. They just left at at mine door (which is bad andyone can pick it up) or gave it to mine neighbour (which is also bad).
 
But still I havent got any prepaid shipping label emailed to me?
