sorry im new to this i need help! i sent my gtx 970 into evga rma department now i recieved another one! it was working great, but now im getting texture pop in really bad! im scared to send it in again, plus it costs 20$ to ship each time! ive done everything from reinstalled drivers to changing graphic settings but nothing has fixed it! ive heard story where people sent the card back and forth and heard this is the best way to get help!

How long did the replacement card remain operational?

The best thing to do is contact evga, if it's been under 30-45days on the replacement card, ask for prepaid shipping label.

Call evga support to get RMA started.

this sucks because i have nothing else to play with and to send it in im taking another risk at getting trash i guess after this rma i wont buy anything from evga again

Texture pop in? As in, textures load some time after you turn your in game character around?
 
That sounds like you are running off of a slow drive. Either the hard drive is heavily fragmented and needs a good defrag, or the SSD is nearly full and performance has tanked (yes, some SSDs do that).

yeah i thought so but after reinstalling windows with empty drives its not fixing it the textures pop in and out as i walk a couple feet i can fly in and out from the ground and its like its not there its turns invisible i tryed the game on both ssd and hdd nothing changes it

Only in one game or all?
 
And when you tried older drivers, you used DDU to clean out the old ones?
 
Your SATA driver is updated? If both HDD and SSD are using the same controller that could be the issue, and has fixed that texture pop in problem for some folks.

ive never had this issue before with any other graphics card! i borrowed a r9390 from my brother it works flawless! he just bought a evga gtx 1080 i tryed it yesterday it worked great, but with this gtx 970 in his computer it did the same thing! my brothers, and i happen to game together alot! so i have tryed quite a few alternatives! im sure its just this card i also do use ddu but this time i just reinstalled windows to make sure still the same issue persists.
