I submitted for the pads weeks ago. So, for the longest time, it was listed as "Pending Shipment". Then, on 11/12/16, it was listed as "shipped. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery". However, now, it is listed as "available for request" and it allows me to submit a request for the pads. Does this mean that it hasn't shipped? Do I need to request them again?

It is a glitch, and they will fix it. Your product is still on the way if it has already showed that it shipped.
