It's really loud and annoying. My case has good airflow, I cap the frame rate to 60fps and temps still go high as 80 degrees EVEN THO I have good airflow

I only can play CPU intensive games because of this, it's pretty annoying and sad that my GPU is loud af when it's advertised to be silent.

I'd try reseating the heatsink and replacing the TIM. The heatsink might not be making good contact, or there might not be enough TIM on the GPU die.

Welcome to the Forum ItsBatman
You could remove the Card and give it a good Blowing Out.

I did what bcavaugh told me but what arestavo said I don't wanna do.

Im afraid I might kill the GPU and my RMA will not be acceptable.

So then the Temps are still high, if so you can submit a Support Ticket to request an RMA to send in your card.
PS I like your Avatar!

Did you try using your Freeze Grenades in your utility belt? If not try cleaning the card with an air blower, setting up custom fan profile in afterburner, and reapplying Tim. If all that fails contact Evga :) - Batman has an awesome utility belt!
