Can I please have the sizes? Or even just the thicknesses needed so I can order a few sheets of each.

according to the "flaw" post, the stock vram pad is 12mm*14mm*1mm, while the stock mosfet pad is 105mm*6mm*1.5mm
 

What you need are:
 
Final dimensions for all pads that I replaced:
Narrow pad from ''mod pdf'': 1mm (thickness) X 114mm X 26mm also a soft puffy 1.5mm pad will work without interfering with GP104 chip pressure from cooler plate
Wide pad from ''mod pdf''     2mm (thickness) X 114mm X 58mm or 59mm either is good.
Vram pads:                         1.5mm (thickness) X 12mm X 14mm you need 8 of these
VRMs pad:                          1.5mm (thickness) x 105mm x ~6 or 7mm

Thats for the FTW cards. For the SC cards the thickness on the Narrow pad from ''mod pdf'' should be 1.5mm. Everything else is the same.

1080/1070 FTW:  6288, 6286, 6276, 6274...
 
Baseplate (Narrow) Pad:  26mm x 110mm x 1mm +/-0.1mm thickness.
Backplate (Wide) Pad:  58mm x 110mm x 2mm +/-0.1mm thickness
