Now i called in for an RMA on the 8th of last week which was on a tuesday, and im pretty sure that today would be the third business day that it should have shipped out. Now on my RMA, it only says preparing product for shipping. i was just looking for an update. Also my other question would be, I was offered a complementary advanced RMA, so does that mean that you guys ship the new product to me first, then once i get the new product i ship my old product to you guys? 
 
Update: The RMA is on a PSU, EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS

Yes, that's what the EAR program does. It shouldn't take much longer to ship. Wait a little longer. BTW, are you in the U.S.?

i got an email the other day saying that my RMA was approved and that they gave me a shipping label. EAR still confused if I've paid or not. Is there a way i can check for that ?

Go to "Member" "My open RMA's" and check there.

I can see that your PSU has been assigned a batch out, but there is not serial number assigned at this point; which likely indicates that the unit should be going out soon. I apologize for the delay, however I can confirm that you do have an Advanced RMA open and we are likely behind a day or so simply due to the holiday and the thermal mod requests.
