I recently paid for the free Powerlink Shipping, but after reviewing my credit card statements I found out that I was charged 6 times ($9.99 x 6 = $59.94). I already tried to contact the  but I haven't received any response from them?

Can anyone please help me?

I remember I tried to pay with Paypal several times but it was giving me an error and didn't allow me to for some reason (no charges are reflected on my Paypal account). Then I decided to pay using my credit card directly. The day after, I was reviewing my credit card balance  and I found out.
