I ordered a used EVGA 750 GQ Power Supply off of ebay without the oem cables and I need to know the pinout so I can sleeve and make some new ones. does anyone have the pinout for cpu molex and sata power

The PSU component end (CPU/SATA/Peripheral/Mobo/Whatever) connector pinout is industry standard as specified by Intel and is widely available online as I will link you to below..There is no industry standard for the PSU end connectors and the pinout can vary and is a leading cause of a popping sound and component failure sometimes followed by a puff of smoke when incorrect modular cables are used.
 
The PSU end pinout would need to come from EVGA technical support whether sent directly to you or a Forum Moderator or member of the Technical Support Team which can post it here for you..Sometimes the pinout at the component end is the same as the PSU end, or 1:1, and sometimes not.
 
That being said, anyone that dabbles in wiring/sleeving should have a digital multimeter as an essential tool..El cheapo meters can be had for around 10 bones, such as this one, from many places.
 
An EVGA 750W GQ normally comes with a PSU Tester adapter that fits on the 24-pin connector to turn on the unit for testing purposes without being connected to anything..Since you might not get one with the unit you bought, you can turn on the PSU by scrolling down to the PSU Paper Clip Test (or search elsewhere on how to hotwire a PSU)..The Paper Clip Test does the exact same thing as the EVGA PSU Tester adapter would do: It shorts the PS_ON terminal to a COM terminal to turn on the unit..You may not need the fan or any load to turn the unit on, some need and some don't.
 
With the unit turned on and using a multimeter, you can probe the PSU to find out the voltage on the terminals and map your own pinout on the PSU if neccessary and use the pinout charts in the links to put the wires where they should go on the component end..COM terminals are all negative in polarity..Be sure to double check the voltages are correct on the component ends before connecting them.

My recommendation would be to contact Support and order the correct replacement set of cables instead of driving yourself nuts trying to make your own.

Thanks for the response everyone. I ended up making my own pinout with a multimeter voltage reader and custom sleeved oems.
