Hi i have the new GTX 1080 FTW and i have some issue with this card when i play shadow of mordor for like 20m suddenly the screen goes black and the fans so loud and i didn't know what is that or what i should do so should i talk to amazon to give me a new card or install the thermal pads  or if i installed the thermal pads will fix it

I have the same issue, it's probably due to VRM issue.
In that case, bios updates and pads wont change anything, and you will do a RMA.
Anyway, contact support ;)

i bought my card from amazon so i need to let them give me a new card is that right ?

If the card is less than 30 days, then you should be able to return it.
