Guys,

I know that for international it could be pricey. But why not just go to amazon and look for a 2.0 mm thermal pad?
It's 26.5 mm and 56.5 mm with a 2 mm thickness that's it and the thermal paste. The pads will go for $10 top and a decent thermal paste $5 = $15 total saving you $650 worth of a GPU or the troubles of RMA'ing your card.

I just did that and replace it myself , changed inductors , Vram and memory pads
Check out this vid is really good too.

The pads are 2.0 and can be squeezed down to 1.5

To be honest, I would not know if the card I received was a refurbished or not but it looked brand new to me. I am located in the US.

This as mentioned in an other post will void your warranty. Only the non existent evga provided pads are approved.

Also that vid uses thermal grizzly pads which are about 9.0w/m-k which have about 3x more thermal conductivity than the generic ones you used.

here is the part from the video that shows it and the image below from Thermal Grizzly's Page. I was mistaken its 8w/m-k which ist still over the double conductivity form the generic ones (3.2w/m-k) , Also mind you those are some expensive thermal pads check the last image on the album.

I received mine today.  I don't remember when I ordered them but it wasn't right after they became available.

I also received mine today. I ordered the same day the link was posted in the forums. As for the thermal paste, it comes in a small plastic package package. Its not like in the video in the syringe looking thing.

May you tell me which thermal paste is used? If is has a too low thermoconductivity I will replace it with a different paste having a higher conductivity.
