I've already started an RMA to swap out my current PSU (build in signature) but am curious if anyone's ever heard of this.
Soo...when I shut down my pc, I then turn the switch on the PSU to "off". On 2 separate occasions since I got it back in September, turning the PSU switch to "on" will attempt to start my computer, then turn off, then restart. I've tried disconnecting drives, usb's, etc. to see if something else was causing it with no luck. I've noticed that it's very cold in the room when this happens (~17C). If I let it boot into Windows and warm up a little bit, then turn it off and try flipping the switch back and forth then this issue doesn't happen. I left it off while I went to grab dinner, came back and flipped the switch and it tried starting again.
Any ideas?
Also, if I flip the switch "On" and it attempts to start, when I press the switch "Off" and it powers down, it will attempt to start again but quickly stops because there's no power to it. I made sure none of the power buttons were pressed, etc. and even took off the top cover of my DG-87 case to ensure that.
