Ahhhh, yes, point taken on the Amazon idea, especially for those that have Amazon Prime. 2 day free shipping? and reduced prices, yaaaa, that's competive. The only thing that EVGA would have going for them was my second idea, receiving free EVGA bucks on a monthly basis.

There is one flaw to your idea though... I can see 90% of the people cancel their memberships until they hear about a new graphics card coming out. Only then will they go back to renew their membership just to take advantage of the fact that EVGA will hold a card for them, assuming that there will be a "subscription" to the program. I'm only being realistic here, it has to be worthwhile for EVGA to do it too. What's in it for EVGA if they have a membership program? Money, active subscriptions.

It would have to be a yearly membership, if you plan on offering exclusive products or free evga optional programs like EVGA Advanced RMA.

EVGA Membership $30 a year
  • New Member reward: Choice between evga t-shirt and lanyard or evga powerlink (new members only)
  • 50% off all shipping from evga.com
  • 30% off select accessories, gear and swag
  • One Free EAR per year
  • Extra 30days step-up Window
  • Members can join a queue to purchase newest graphic cards on the market

Please do not do a tiered service program like other scumbag companies do.

I seriously hate that.

I like your idea.  To use the Newegg Premiere model.  Costs $79 per year (last amount I paid).  Receive free two to three day shipping.  30 day no question return policy (when applicable-some items are 30 day replacement only).  Then you can add your member reward, discount for select accessories.  Free EAR for the year membership paid.  30 day extra step up could be a bonus, absolutely.  Perhaps you receive X EVGA Bucks.  Incentive NOT to cancel and re-up at the end of the year could be X bucks.  Just some thoughts.  Jacob...this is a terrific idea....hope more people have ideas to add.

Umm... the EVGA Powerlink is $29.99 alone, that list is a lot to ask for just a $30 subscription..

I agree. Like trying to buy a $70,000 Porsche for $7,000. Not going to happen.
