Hey guys, just some out loud thinking here. If EVGA had a "Membership Program", what would you like to see as some of the perks? Some examples below:

• Upgraded and free shipping on all products shipped from EVGA?
• Exclusive gear or swag?
• Exclusive promotions (like Powerlink, etc)?
• EVGA EAR on any replacement products?
• Improved/increased stepup terms?

 
Any other thoughts on this?

How much would said program cost?

Payable with Folding Bucks

Product discounts.
Early access to products.
Member only sales.
Increased member fee for product testers.
Member only contests.

Could be interesting.....you would need enough incentive.
 
10% off all EVGA products? 
 
Promotional game codes?
 
Movie streaming service like Amazon Prime?

We "pay to play" so to speak. Have different levels of membership. The more you (we) want, the more you (we) pay.

Upgraded and free shipping on all products shipped from EVGA, --- or---  % off on all shipping services to & from EVGA for all EVGA services (up to 60% off for shipping both ways), including (and not limited to) step-up programs, RMA, and purchases at the EVGA store.
 
If this is going to be a "subscription" type program, members should gain a certain amount of evga bucks on a monthly basis.

The problem with that, evga not competitive on product pricing. We can purchase evga products from Amazon or Newegg for less and receive free or discounted shipping already.

When a new series of graphic cards are released, evga reserves half the stock they receive (for evga.com store) for anyone that has active evga membership. Members could enter a queue, each member can only purchase 1 new released gpu at a time. (not talking about stock you send out to retailers)

Ahhhh, yes, point taken on the Amazon idea, especially for those that have Amazon Prime. 2 day free shipping? and reduced prices, yaaaa, that's competive. The only thing that EVGA would have going for them was my second idea, receiving free EVGA bucks on a monthly basis.
 
There is one flaw to your idea though... I can see 90% of the people cancel their memberships until they hear about a new graphics card coming out. Only then will they go back to renew their membership just to take advantage of the fact that EVGA will hold a card for them, assuming that there will be a "subscription" to the program. I'm only being realistic here, it has to be worthwhile for EVGA to do it too. What's in it for EVGA if they have a membership program? Money, active subscriptions.
