Hey,
   I'm trying to complete my RMA to get an updated BIOS and Pads installed and for some reason my invoice was removed even tho I followed the steps. I have completed a support ticket but I would like to know the reason. My re-uploading the invoice without knowing why doesn't really help much.

Not sure about your situation but after I uploaded my invoice it took couple days for it to show.  How long has it been?
Then a couple days after than they asked to collect my credit card info as the RMA was approved.

The invoice was there but say they reviewed it and removed it. They sent a list of "possible" issues but didn't say which one. Maybe i'll just get the company to resend me an invoice and re-upload. I have verified the Dates, serial number, and such and it all matches up.

well maybe it was because it was a screen shot, so I had them generate me a PDF and I uploaded that. Hopefully that resolves whatever issue there was.

No problem, I got them to send me a PDF and uploading that seems to resolve the issue and RMA is now in step 3.

I wish.
I am not particularly pressed (I still have my 970), but the fact of not being sure that RMA will be done, it's weird for me...
