EVGA just said my RMA will be delayed due to stock issues, and that the warehouse doesn't have an ETA yet of when the parts will be in (I'm assuming they mean memory and cores from nvidia?)
 
Does this mean nvidia can't keep up with demand? how long should I be prepared to wait, realistically? weeks, months?

That's good to hear :) Was a little worried about my pending RMA and supply issues for my 1070 FTW.

In fact both of you think that this is not a real issue this overheating but you both ask RMA too ?

Its not a real issue as the card does run to spec without the pads and they are in fact optional. EVGA is nice enough to offer free RMA's for everyone who wants the pads so why wouldn't you do it as it will help with resale because of the perception of this issue.

I will not resale my card in my case so... thats why I have 10 years warranty, she will die in my hands lol

lol I got a 5 year but I sometimes sell my cards to upgrade, so I rather have the mod then not.

This is my graphic card who decides when I upgrade so for me the 10 years warranty is perfect :D
