Hello EVGA,

Sometime in mid-September I signed up to step up my GTX 980 Ti to a GTX 1080. I understand that sometimes these step ups take a long time, that I'm not so worried about, but I wanted to verify that my step-up request was received. I do not seem to have any e-mails confirming my entrance into the step-up program, although my profile does show that I have a step-up I.D and I have uploaded a receipt.

Can a member of the EVGA team verify that I am in the step up program? If so, what e-mails/instructions should have I received at this point?

Also, when I receive my GTX 1080, will it be a new unit with the added thermal padding?

What is your Current Status Showing?
Look Here: My Products and then Click View Details.
You Should See Your Step-Up ID (A Number) If you have a Step-up in Progress.

I have a Step-up ID and it says "in queue" under "Step-up queue." I take it I'm safely in queue?
