I got my code redeemed and in the Store it shows as owned but the Install button is greyed out. I believe my Windows 10 is up to date.
Any thoughts?

Did you logon the Store with the Same Email Account you Redeemed Gears of War 4 with?
Recheck to see if you have Windows Updates and also check the App Store for updates, the Store has had a few updates over the last few weeks.

Checked all for updates still no dice.

What is your Windows 10 Version and Version Number?

Finally figured it out. Even though Windows was saying No Updates I had to update to enable Windows Insider (what ever the F that is) When I did the update it took a long time & I was a little nervous I borked my rig. After about 40 minutes & 5 restarts it came back up and all appears good. Opened up the Store & installed no problem.
