I can only run one monitor (have 3) after windows security update 09.11.
Microsoft says "contact your manufactorer"

done that many times - after a short time the system wont use them. Have the lastest BIOs for MB - tryed to go back to earlier builds in win10 - no luck.    its 3 ea 780 evga hydro copper. As You see in the uploaded picture - it dows not recognize the drivers. They are v375.70. When looking at drivers in windows - it says "error 43"

Remove windows 10, downgrade to 7 and live a happy, stable life. At the least roll back to a earlier OS install and that may fix the issue.....maybe.

I agree, windows 7 is much more reliable OS. I have tried Win 10  and the same day went back to Win 7.... what a breath of fresh air

Use DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers in safe mode - DDU automatically puts a stop to Windows installing its own driver set, which I'm betting the problem is.
 
Reboot and install the latest drivers.
 
Profit (and laugh at Windows 7).

Turn off or Disable CSM in Your Motherboard Bios
2015/09/19 F8 is the current Bios for your MB are you current with F8?
Go back to Driver Version 368.81
