As I previously posted, I unfortunately had to RMA my FTW 1080 due to it glitching and artifacting. My RMA was approved on 11/02/16 - and says to allow 1-3 business days to ship (I did a cross ship). The status shows "preparing to ship replacement product." Today was the 5th business day. Anyone have an idea why my replacement card hasn't shipped yet? I don't have a spare card right now - and I don't want to keep using the glitchy 1080. So I've been without a rig for a week. Just getting a little frustrated. But I'm trying to be patient. Posting this from my phone.

Unfortunately there are some delays in the warehouse due to the fact that we are applying the thermal pads and bios updates. We apologize for any inconveniences here. I can confirm that we are doing our best to get replacements shipped out as quickly as possible.

Its 1-3 business days to get shipped from EVGA then UPS is slow so its a nother 4 days(was for me).
